Lebanese Rice Pilaf

Directions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.

  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the broken vermicelli noodles and sauté until they turn a beautiful golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
